Costco Stock Moves Lower After Earnings
Shares of retailer Costco Wholesale fell after the company reported earnings following Tuesday’s market close.
The shares dipped around 1.3% in after hours trading after falling 1% in the regular session. Here’s Costco’s fiscal fourth-quarter results compared to Wall Street expectations, according to FactSet.
Quarterly revenue was just below expectations at $77.43 billion vs. $77.72 billion estimate
Adjusted quarterly same-store sales rose 3.1%, missing expectations of 3.5%
Quarterly net income was $2.16 billion, just above expectations of $2.118 billion
